Cross Functional Manager that ensures organizational- effectiveness and consistency by providing strategic & operations leadership and management for Heartland Business Center Group and the Director of BC Operations, IANR F & P.
Provides overall guidance to Heartland Business Center Group leaders and staff in fiscal management, human resources and grants/contract administration. Heartland Business Center Group consists of the AVE Business Center, Beadle Business Center, NIC Business Center, and the NRBC.
